If you’re having a hard time generating customer case studies, taking your good reviews and building a case study around it is a great option. Look at your best reviews on G2 Crowd, and do your best to manipulate its information into a review. Ensure the review is long and touches on multiple points about why they enjoy your product or service. But, it’s important to ensure their opinions and direct quotes are the same. And, that you don’t use their full name without permission. When you have found the perfect review, try to format it into a long-form piece of content. Add in supplementary information, images, and videos where necessary.

Offer Employees a Bonus

If you have a large sales team, it can be helpful to get them involved in generating more customer case studies. Especially if they are the ones handling a lot of client interactions.
